Love it when a poster (usually Kincardine) comes out swinging at the entire forum.

Wheesht,  I 💓 P&B.  That I, now and then, have a some views that don't accord with the majority doesn't change that.

Probably just being a crabbit c**t and absolutely fair play to the auld boy, but the constant army references, calling him Captain, the Spitefire salute etc etc. This guy fought in the war then went back to having a life. That was over 70 years ago he did that.

This country and its fucking military fetish man.

He would have been 18/19 when the war was declared and 25 when it ended, I doubt he would have been a captain at that age.

The country love a war vet, I remember that magic show X on BGT last year came out with one of the most sensational performances ever seen on stage but missed out on winning coz of some old c**t crooning whilst dressed in army uniform. X never stood a chance.

‘Get coronavirus done!’

Get coronavirus! It's a doddle. It's the easiest virus in human history.

Rule Britannia, GSTQ,  long live the Daily Mail, Wills and Kate are wonderful...

 I've taken this too far, haven't I?

My Dad was 2 years younger, conscripted in 41 I think and demobbed as Captain in 46. Was relieved to say he never met an angry German, just played about with radio sets in India with the Signals.

Just think they received nearly 14 million  votes at the GE with a 67pct turnout.

There is a good chance everyone must know one, they could be in your family, a friend, a neighbour.  Watching, judging, secretly laughing at the misery austerity brings.    You could be on their target list.  Truly chilling.

Look Spying GIF by MOST EXPENSIVEST

Compared with just 690,000 in Scotland - a 25% share of the vote.
