Anyone else find it did odd that every single prominent figure only ever gets mild symptoms?

No because the vast majority of even reasonably healthy, working age people will experience either mild symptoms or none at all. For every counter example of sudden death highlighted in the media over the weeks to come it's worth keeping this underlying fact in mind.

Yes, I am....

Don't let it get you down. There's bound to be a high profile figure coming to the fore sometime soon.

Professor John Oxford of Queen Mary University London, one of the world’s leading virologists and influenza specialists, comes to the following conclusion regarding Covid19: „Personally, I would say the best advice is to spend less time watching TV news which is sensational and not very good. Personally, I view this Covid outbreak as akin to a bad winter influenza epidemic. In this case we have had 8000 deaths this last year in the ‘at risk’ groups viz over 65% people with heart disease etc. I do not feel this current Covid will exceed this number. We are suffering from a media epidemic!“

Absolutely. The media have got a stiffy about this and are loving the fear and scaremongering it’s generating

Biophysicist Felix Scholkmann has confirmed the fact that in the US (as in the rest of the world), it is not the number of „infected“ people that is increasing exponentially, but the number of tests. The number of „infected“ people in relation to the number of tests remains basically constant (oscillating between 10 and 20%), which speaks againsta current viral epidemic.

Whilst it may be interesting to record daily hospital admissions as a measure of the effectiveness of restrictions, you would still expect the percentage of positive tests to fall, followed by the absolute number.

That and deaths.

Its almost like they're getting a controlled dose to give them immunity.

Seeing that a good number of people now coming down with the virus having attending the Cheltenham Festival, not just Camilla P-B's ex husband.

We are seeing more and more apparently healthy people under the age of 50 now dead or in intensive care after catching the virus.

Cheltenham was 3 weeks ago. Symptoms show between 5-10 days on average after exposure. The twats that attended the “races” would have been ill/dead long before now
