We've recently had a lot of dealings with the occupational health team down at Irvine Central and every single one of them has been superb. They probably saved my Dad's life a few weeks back and they've been totally professional, approachable and downright friendly in every dealing we've had with them. That's the material being shipped in from Italy, my work failing to work to standard and finally the end product makers not adhering to it.
