Primark, HMV, River Island, New Look, H&M all the Arcadia Group which include Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Miss Selfridge, Topman, Topshop and Wallis. Timpsons all closing for the time being.

That's pretty much half of the retail outlets in the shopping centers closed added to the places to eat.

The morons will now have fewer shops to congregate in making social distancing more difficult.

If folk don’t get the message that they should stay at home and just shop locally, I don’t see what more can be done.

One of the first replies on twitter asked if UberEats would still deliver them...

It would be great if we could just give those folks a double dose.

Employees "Honestly? We are worried. We are afraid we will contract it from the public and pass it onto vulnerable family members."

St Andrews Co. "Say no more, here is your redundancies. You're all sacked"

Yeah I'm joining them tomorrow, has to be done.

There are creative ways to keep people at distance from you, sure some of them quite disgusting, but this is an urban survival situation. What would Bear Grylls do?

Just cough like f**k the instant anyone looks like they're coming within 2 metres.

Did they not reverse that after the Govt. said it would pay 80% of their wages?

Hopefully a big majority of people are already taking the advice, making it criminal not to follow it would encourage more. Putting the army in an impossible position trying to enforce it would just encourage idiots to take the pish imo.

Yep, I don't see how the army in the streets would work. Helping out with logistics is decent though.
