Was told that in the few days it needs to kick off, I'll have a sore arm and maybe feel groggy, like I have a flu. Fucking good one. When they informed our manager, he phoned him to make sure he knows to self isolate for a week. Jakey then admitted that he was only hungover and would be back on Monday only to be told he can't because the company have logged his reason for being absent as a fever.
