An obvious troll.

Again, if it is you that is actually a teacher, that is a highly disappointing response.

If you can't see the humour in a self-proclaimed Tory, who has spent the entire thread abusing the poor, demanding the pulling up of the ladder by demanding everyone stop the exact behaviour he's just been doing, then there is no hope for the education of Scottish youth. The parallels with their views on forcible and newly-imposed equality that ignores historic inequality is just too delectable to pass up. I guess a load of fitba old buys discussing their impending doom wisny the right crowd.

I still want to know why the 34 year old original whistleblower doctor died from it.

My understanding is because he and his colleagues had been working non-stop for weeks on end to save lives, bringing about severe exhaustion that brought them within the 'vulnerable' category.

Probably because he spent about 90% of the last month of his life around the disease.

Exact same happened with Ebola/SARS etc. Healthcare workers who are around the disease for such a huge, uninterrupted, length of time get absolutely battered by it.

One of the best things we can all do is take time off work and visit our local golf courses.    Four hours plus is perfect isolation, wearing glove(s), taking in the freshest of air and enjoying the Perthshire vistas is *exactly* the best way beat the pandemic.      That's what all be doing but if anyone wants to team up for a pairs of foursomes game tell them no siree - I'll be teeing it up on my own and I won't be visiting the clubhouse for a toastie and a hot beverage afterwards.     Clubs in the Ceed and home to Western Perthshire.

No prizes for guessing who this is.

Yep, although he did get himself into a bit of bother with the government for saying it was going to become a pandemic...

He was an ophthalmologist, just got lucky. Everyone's got to be right sometime but he was no expert.

Arteta getting it probably changes everything in terms of football anyway. The premier league surely can't carry on as normal this weekend after that, and you'd assume if English football was panned there'd be a fair chance we'd follow suit up here. You'd imagine there's a fair chance a few Arsenal players have it too.

That's the prime minister of Belgium ordered all schools, universities as well as pubs and restaurants to be closed. Strictest rules outside Italy in Europe apparently after weeks of doing nothing.

Hopefully that will mean I get to work from home for the next month or so. Though considering one of my colleagues was quarantined on Tuesday, and they kept the office open, who knows.

Thankfully I got toilet paper on Monday as there was none left today. Panic buying definitely a thing here.
