Pat Bonnar on Radio Scotland crediting "young David Mitchell" with another fine save. I don't particularly mind Pat Bonnar. Far from the worst summariser but it just sums up the lack of knowledge of the lower Leagues. David Mitchell will be 30 this year and has been playing senior League football for a decade.

Earlier on in the commentary he was going on about Peter Grant's other son Peter junior who is doing great at Morton and he thought he'd have gone further in the game after showing early promise at Falkirk. Completely oblivious both that he's since moved on to Queen's Park and that he was out of the game for a year with a horrible knee injury which has pretty much finished him.

His choice of friends is suspect too- that’s for sure!!!

Very happy with that. Almost total domination and another clean sheet.

Hopefully don't have to deal with Clyde again for a very long time.

Disgusting club with horrendous fans.

Your last sentence says so much more about you than us.

Myopic views and wide generalisation.

Learn how to multi quote you utter spanner.

Typos corrected-

Resort to name calling why not, you clown! Oops it’s infectious.

To lose with grace is to be applauded- to win with grace- is clearly beyond you.

Routine win for Celtic and we never looked like troubling them. Second goal shortly before half time ended the game as a contest, was a poor goal to lose.

Second half was a tedious watch in shite conditions. Celtic happy to pass the ball about without creating much and we barely got a touch of the ball. Thought we might have a go for last 20 mins when we brought on some fresh legs but wasn't to be.

Good that injuries have just about cleared up and new left back looked OK but hard to judge him against Celtic.

If we could send the telly money over to Dunfermline and sign up Tom Lang for 10 years, that would be great. He was outstanding today. About the only one with the pace and physique to match up with Celtic.

Lots of effort and organisation from Clyde and we weren't embarrassed. Didn't have a hope though. Ntcham is in and out the Celtic team at times but he is a phenomenal player.

It would have been nice to reach half time at 1-0, and latterly nice to reach full time at 2-0 but it wasn't to be.

From a defensive point of view the goals we conceded we pretty poor, but realistically we were miles off them and it could have been a lot worse.

Positives were Rankin starting and Livingstone, after a slightly shaky start, came on to a pretty good game, considering the opposition. As David W says, Lang also showed his class.

Anyway, let's not forget that the last time we beat Celtic was a year after they put us out the cup. So we only need to wait another 12 months and we'll be due to beat them again.

Agree on Lang, particularly in the second half. He was first to almost every ball.

Can't complain too much. Tad frustrating that all 3 goals looked pretty preventable and Goodwillie had some nice touches but had no support. I would also liked to have seen their dodgy full backs tested a little more. Goals aside Mitchell wasn't actually tested all that often bar one superb save from Klimala, who incidentally I thought was absolutely nowhere near Celtic standard. Bayo looked a lot more dangerous when he came on. Shveds dive at the end was pathetic.
