rhliston
Well its the last weekend before the New Year and its Local derby time for the Binos who make the short journey to Ochilview to face a Warriors side 1 place and 1 point below them in the League. Vital game for both teams and whoever can get the 3 points will be mighty relived. For the Binos don't expect many changes to the side that faced Edinburgh City and were very unlucky to get hit by a late sucker punch at the end to deny them a share of the points. The Warriors having lost the last 4 straight games on the trot will be hoping to return to winning ways and who better than beating your local rivals and going above them in the League. Difficult game to forecast but fancy the Binos chances to get all 3 points on Saturday. Prediction Warriors 1 Binos 2
Tenkay
No doubt Stirling are playing better at the moment, but don't look like scoring many. So, Having seen both teams play recently, I reckon this will be tight, probably 1-1.
BB_Bino
It’ll be an interesting game and there will be a few squeaky bums around Ochilview, I’m sure. The clubs may brush it off as there being plenty of time remaining in the season, but it must be concerning for both boards that the teams find themselves in the position they are in, when the opposite was clearly expected. It’s a sad state of affairs when you are looking below rather than up, but this could be a big 3 points, for whoever can get it.

rhliston
I hate watching games at OchilviewUnless your in the stand never a great view from the terrace behind the goal. Hopefully getting all 3 points will make up for it. [emoji4]

Midfield were excellent and our attackers were better as we are settling down as a team now . The terracing behind the goal is too low and its difficult to see exactly whats happening at the other end. Guaranteed to be sold out of hot food before half time.

I was impressed by the Binos when you played us at Balmoral. In my eyes you were very unlucky to not get a point. Stenny have good players and can be great on their day; beat Cove at Ochilview and were on a fine run shortly after that. Why the dip in form?

rhliston
Good win in the end but 2nd half felt we let them have to much of the ball but we held on and late 2nd goal made the win better than it seemed. Good boost for next weeks trip to Coatbridge and hopefully another 3 points.

Could see that win coming today off the back of solid performances for the Binos and Stenny moral being low.

At the start of the season I wouldn’t have put any money on it. Any other team when from L1 to Lowland in 2 seasons? Binos improved. Brechin getting better. Long way to go so lots can happen.
