TFW Posted December 20, 2019 Share Posted December 20, 2019 The Talbot midfield that dominated the Junior game in the West from the late noughties onwards, Latta, Spence, White and Young have proved to be very long lasting indeed. All are still playing, and incredibly all bar White were in the 2006 Junior Cup Final squad, White signing with the Talbot the following month. These guys will have run thousands of miles in their collective careers, suffered numerous jnjuries, and yet they're all still playing the game at the highest level. It's hard not to discount the theory that it's Talbot's coaching, and Tucker Sloan's expertise, that has enabled this to happen.
