He is more or less our only creative outlet and, even factoring in the additional complication of Cosgrove's red card, we weren't able to create a clear chance without him. McLennan and Gallagher just didn't do enough. I think the red card is on the harsh side, and not helped by Ajer's reaction, but it is daft and needless to fly in at that speed in a nothing area of the pitch and right in front of the assistant.
