Sounds like that was a real grind where Peterhead will be aggrieved not to have gotten anything.

Massive well done to the players for pulling off these two results from two difficult away game in a row. These felt like the kind of games we'd have drawn at the start of the season. Some fight in them to come away with 6 points.

Cracking results elsewhere too with Falkirk's late winner the only blemish.

An extremely hard fought victory with Peterhead probably deserving a draw at least.

East Fife's victory was accomplished by a very impressive defensive performance with the back 4 plus Brett Long all playing extremely well, plus a lack lustre  Peterhead attack.

Offensively very little worked for Wallace and Dowds.

Bottom line is that any away victory is a good result and that we picked up 6 points from our last 2 away games.

Happy with the late winner as keeps Montrose at bay!

Nah!!!
They got a draw they DIDN’T deserve last time we played so we’ll call this one quits!!![emoji6]
As everybody has been saying, winning the last two games has been massive, and they fact that they were both to the furthest away opposition it is possible to have in our Division then a big “well done” to DY and the boys!!!
Joint Top at Christmas and clear in the New Year with any luck, it’s all good!!!

We were ok first half  & probably  should have been ahead  but difficult to see from where I was but looked as if two defenders with the chance to clear  a ball up the middle & neither doing it, 2 nd  goal  as well should have been cleared long before it arrived for a tap in at the back post. You could see the difference in midfields today East Fife usually  a couple touches & they were  threatening our goal, the Peterhead midfield need four or five passes across the park or back & are then faced with the other team set up defensively & we give the ball away .this  has been a regular thing this season & we now will be looking over our shoulder again
