Mark Kerr was the wrong appointment and now the crows are coming in to roost relegation battle is the best we can look forward to I'm afraid to say. Any one disagree.

Yes.

Shocking to say Kerr’s under pressure, the people to blame here are the whole board.

Murdoch out for the season early on

no replacement

Adams out practically for the season part time player running a farm so has to work no rest

no replacement

Bell been out for nearly half the season again part time player and has to work no rest

no replacement

if the board do what every other club would have done and replaced these players that’s a massive boost to the squad

Kerr must be given to the January window to get players in and then he should be judged and given untill Easter break if no improvement then by all means change  because well then be in a battle at the bottom but not before.

Finally when will the fans realise this club will never be going up with the present set up and no sugar daddy coming on board two board members left recently who were probably told to put money in or move on and out they went.

Who do you replace those guys with? It’s unrealistic to be able to just go out and replace anyone who gets injured. We’re not the only team in the league running with a small squad and it’s unfortunate we’ve had to deal with 3 players who won’t play again this season.

I totally agree that we won’t progress under Cameron but that’s not me criticising him. It’s just a fact.

A win would be good to take us above Dundee into 5th, Ayr seem to have lost their way a bit so good time to get them. Would play the same team as yesterday.

Agree

But is there any real chance of this game being on?

Do we still train Thursday if we play Tuesdays? Training usually Monday and Wednesday. Hopefully we are fresh enough for both games a lot went into yesterday with the conditions and way we played

He could not replace any of the players mentioned above , you can only sign players in the transfer window which does not open until January , you are 100% incorrect on the directors , they were not asked to put more money in , they left for a total different reason absolutely nothing to do with finance, and your correct we don’t have a sugar daddy and are punching above our resources , Lachlan wants to sell and is doing enough to keep us afloat at moment ,a lot of people would have walked away and left us for dead like Gretna and Clydebank , our crowds no matter how well we have being playing over the last couple of years have been static and don’t cover anywhere near what is required to run the club

Bollocks, there are plenty of clubs in the world with smaller crowds that manage to operate, we're not some unique entity that can't survive on crowds of 1500 or more, unless someone that we don't know is holding our board to ransom, we choose our own business model.

Our business model is not working , it’s obvious if we are losing money on an annual basis , there are clubs also with much bigger crowds than us who are living in debt and if banks were to recall loans  etc would be in serious difficulty, it’s pretty obvious we don’t bring in enough through crowds etc , McCall harped on continually during his time we needed crowds to rise to allow him cash to strengthen the team , so to say its bollocks you are totally wrong , we are a full time club working on part time level income ,

Weather warning for Ayrshire on Tuesday. Get this game called off early

My believe is that if in doubt a decision will be made lunchtime Tuesday , forecast now saying 29mph winds and 70% chance rain , but lots of rain to fall late Monday and Tuesday so pitch likely be waterlogged

Been raining majority of yesterday and today too so did think pitch being waterlogged could be an issue

I believe the original thread was deleted.

Must win for us and several changes need to be made.

Doohan

Houston

Bell

Roscoe

Harvie

Docherty

Kerr

Kelly

McCowan

Moffat

Forrest

Win at all costs.

The team I'd play and it's actually incredible how much we need to win this game.

1-1

Exactly, total bollocks, we choose to operate with the budget we have, full time part time, our choice, to suggest we're unique in world football is a crock of shite.

Don't remember us ever having a waterlogged pitch before!
