SandyCromarty
A good result and an excellent performance by the team, it could easily have been four if it hadn't been for their keeper pulling off a couple of brilliant saves. All played well today but probably Keatings edged it for me.
OLD JAGGIE
Turned out an easy win today and everyone played their part, good team performance

That's because your team is mainly populated by little guys which made defending from corners a piece of pish for the Caley big guys. That was very evident today where time after time any effort towards goal by your forward players was easily snuffed out by our defense. You really need to get some beef in midfield and up front.
Highland Capital
I think it’s safe to say that the long journey back to Ayr will feel a little but longer tonight. Delightful.

Dunno, our reserves and under 18s combined XI absolutely bummed Morton a couple of months back.
Sir Tarmo Kink
Anyone know if the comfortable win for The Caley was due to any of the following:- The biased referee- Physicality of The Caley players

jm86
You're correct re beef up front. With our current set up we have to play very good football to create chances. We have done this on numerous occasions this season, but at the moment are on a horrendous run of 6 defeats in the last 8 games and can scarcely string 2 passes together. Good time to play us. . Not disappointed at today's result. Expected nothing. Never do against ICT. What's really disappointing is the performance. Was hoping for a reaction after Tuesdays totally abysmal display against a crap Dunfermline. Next 2 games absolutely crucial now. Anything less than 6 points and we're in deep shit.
D'Jaffo
Anyone know if the comfortable win for The Caley was due to any of the following:- The biased referee- Physicality of The Caley players- Poor team selection - Our best midfielder in the dugout for 75 minutes. Probably the bottom 2.

TheScarf
You need some physicality in this league. No point in playing 11 midgets who get eased off the ball by a gust of wind. It'll get you nowhere.
Ayr23
Their first goal came from nothing, as did their second. Total joke. We came out in the second half and did well, passing it on the deck, creating chances. Then for whatever reason we can't connect multiple corners, and they punish us. Mark Kerr... see you later. The difference over the past 2 months has been startling.

Depends on your style of play, can't be punting long balls and the like.

All it does is leave you heavily handicapped in the playoffs. 1st and 2nd or you're snookered imo.
Worktheshaft
Miles Storey had a good game today. Got lucky with his goal, definitely should've squared it to Keatings.

And they’re 4th again. It may just be that we’ve beaten them pretty much every time but I haven’t seen this Barca style of play from Ayr in our games.
