Alert Mongoose
We ought to be targeting a win here. Unbeaten at home all season against a team who’s best striker is gone (Simon Murray), best midfielder is injured (Steve Mallan) and best defender left for more money at Dundee (Jordan Foster).

Worse effort than mine.
steve55
This will be a test to see where we at with current Squad. Our ticket sales are rather sluggish last time i checked. Should be 10k at the game anyway. Shankland will be getting scouted big time for this.

Snifter Pee Rot
I'd be happy with a replay at Easter Road. Very poor last time out at Livi so I'm concerned about that defence vs Shankland, Edited January 18, 2020 by Snifter Pee Rot

steve55
Most of the top tiers have been sold now. Hoping we can get over 10k for this match.
Robin.Hood
With United being top of the league and the good factor is about a full attendance in order for this afternoon's cup game ?

CaspianChris
After being confident of a win all week, suddenly I now fear a complete disaster today for some unknown reason. Prediction - United 0 Hibs 5 unfortunately.
stumigoo
Really not sure what to expect today. Hibs have the potential to be very good, but also very shit. We have the potential to be very good, but also very shit. Despite our results we have gone long periods this season of not being that great, but we have shown in some of the games, and in some spells that we can be very strong if things click. I do hope we go for it, I would rather lose having had a go than have to suffer a defensive 90 minutes in the hope of a narrow win or a replay (which we don't want or need). A similar side to last week but with Butcher in for Clark, Harkes in for Glass and maybe McMullan in for Appere would be fine by me. Chances are we will play with a 451/4231 for the rest of the season after Clark's injury.
