Haggis nut
Game involving colville park last season off as somebody chopped down the nets. Sure there was a video doing the rounds of somebody involved with colville bragging about doing it to get the game called off,? Wont get away with that in the juniors
Cherrypicka
Well known Glasgow team called their game off at 8am saying pitch was frozen last week. Then by 930am the park was fit the play the champions league final on. No keeper, few injuries and a boy in Cyprus watching Scotland had no bearing on the decision though. While were on the subject why are clubs allowed to call off a game without a referees inspection?
glensmad
Two matches have been called off at Glencairn due to police incidents right outside the ground on the morning of the game, one being a murder.
Tutankhamen
Someone went on holiday to Spain with the keys to the kit room. Sure that was said on here a couple of times.
Black Pennel
There are fecking hunners of 'em...if you need a spurious excuse just ask the Peasies. They'll keep you right about how an establishment club gets away with it. The only one they can't get away with is the Pollok ploy about the exceptionally resourceful foxes.
Shanner
Peasy and their inaccessible kits. The excuse was getting more worn than the strips at one point.
