Scotland’s problem is that we no longer produce centre halves or strikers

Our obsession with coaching youngsters and our ridiculous youth systems mean that big centre halves and kids whose like scoring goals are ignored or have it coached out if them.

It’s now all about ‘technical ability’. We no longer coach players to defend. We no longer let players specialise in poaching.

We now produce an army of midfielders and wingers.

But no centre halves or strikers. Or even right backs.

Alex McLeish, Willie Miller, Ally McCoist, Joe Jordan, Steve Archibald. These guys wouldn’t make it today.

Until we change our ridiculous youth systems, stop over coaching kids and stop obsessing about matching the technical ability of foreigners, things won’t change.

We also need to stop passing the ball about and just get it hoofed up the park.

Football isn’t about keeping possession and pretty play. It’s about getting the ball in the opposition net and keeping it out your own.

Most goals come from a move of 1 pass or less.

Hoof it up the park, win the second ball and take it from there.

It’s not rocket science.

He's been probably their best player this season and is now one of the top midfielders in Europe.

He's been good but your dreaming if you think he is one of the top midfielders in Europe, he's not even in the top 30

You started out with this ridiculous piece of shit and still managed to get more ridiculous as the post went on. Quite amazing.

Better player than Henderson  Fucking hell stop trolling man.

Really?  Are.you.high?..Henderson is.fucking awful.and it's widely accepted.he's quite.lucky to.be.in the position he is,.probably the worst.player ever to.lift the cl as captain.  Mctominay has been much better than him, Liverpool don't even start.him.every week, no.danger you'd drop mctominay for him.

How much do you watch Liverpool? He's been very very good this season and is hugely involved every game. Not slagging McTominay at all but he's still a young improving player.

As much as anybody else, he runs around a lot and kicks people, very limited player.  You would absolutely start mctominay in front of him he's been fabulous this season.

A quick check shows Henderson has started 9 of 12 games in the premier league and has featured in 11 of their 12 games , your talking out a hole in your arse. Mctominays a good young player but henderson is unquestionably better at this moment in time. Mctominay will become better imo though.

Could you try and get some more full stops in that post please?
