As In many previous games, even if we have most of the ball the minute it breaks down and our opponents break forward our defenders look dodgy.  Should really be 2-0 barring a poor finish by the Kazak at the far post earlier.

While we’ve pretty much controlled the game, dominating possession is pointless if you’re going to create nothing with it then your defence shits itself on every rare occasion the opposition crosses the halfway line.
McKenna is a complete bombscare. Put a competent centre back in his place and it’d still be 0-0.

Saying we've been all over them doesn't cover the fact that they've had the best to chances of the match.

We're creating very little, and that's a huge worry.

Commentary gave the centre backs the blame but that all came from giving away posession on the right of midfield. A quick through ball and a fantastic goal. Not much central defenders can do there.

Of course it’s a great strike, but any centre back who had the slightest clue what they were doing it would have shut him down and been in a position to block the shot.

Being a tremendous hit doesn’t absolve McKenna of blame for backing off and allowing it to happen.
