Absolutely no question that you need to make a change before it is too late. It is pretty obvious that McKinnon definitely does not have “what it takes” and while it is retrievable at the moment - any further slippage will surely make it insurmountable.

The trouble is we also have the same issue with those running the club they dont have what it takes, yet they seem to think they know better than the fans and stil wont p*ss off.
