Dundee United v Queens

Semple subbed on and then subbed off, surely the wake up call to hit the salad big boy

Absolutely - a young lad whose fitness (or lack of it) is really holding him back. Painfully slow and caught ball watching on on a few occasions . Lazy defending from him for first two goals and as you rightly say he needs to view this as a wake up call.

He was losing the plot at someone 5 mins before getting hooked. The guy needs a chill pill as well as a weightloss program

Completely shocked to see Queens return to form after raising their game against the Super last week.
And it's Queens who are obsessed with Ayr apparently [emoji38] Ayr fans well and truly taking Falkirk's place this year.

As soon as Kilday went off I knew it was game over. Some will be sympathetic towards Semple but his size is an absolute embarrassment. If he is able to play well being overweight (much like Dobbie used to) then fair enough. But he clearly can't perform at his current size. He needs to get his act together or we'd be as well getting rid.

A disappointing result but we didnt play that badly. The first goal was well worked and well taken but the second and third were defensive disasters. Clark might have been offside but Semple was too deep and too slow to play offside effectively for the second and how Stanton was allowed to walk through the centre of defence for the third is a mystery. As others have said, Semple looked so far off the pace it was embarrassing.

We passed the ball quite well in spells but offered very little in the final third. Dobbie had one of those days when nothing came off. Hopefully he wasnt fully fit

Absolutely got what we deserved there,  difficult to say if it was a worse team performance from us than up at Dunfermline although United were a lot better than our opposition that day.  We're still plus 1 goal in the head to heads this season,  a crumb to cling to.
