i just hope mr keating hasnt made a mistake with regan. brilliant news if he is ok.
Mr keating is a knee specialist at the spire hospital in Corstorphine. My wife had knee surgery there, and he was brilliant with the whole process. **

** I'm not loaded, the op was done through the NHS.

That Go-Pro shot of Baird running in front of the crowd is brilliant.

As ever, a cracking highlights package. Hopefully the SPFL can get a grip and allow club volunteers to release highlights earlier than the midnight restriction they have at the moment given that youtube now has the official accounts for the likes of the EPL and Bundesliga showing them within a couple of hours after games.

We did really well today. Even in the first half we dominated possession and a 1 goal lead was the least that we deserved. I'm really glad Gullan got the goal before half time and the team got applauded off the park because if it had gone in 0-0 I'm pretty certain it'd have been a completely different response. I love us being so strong at home but it makes it all the more baffling that we still look fragile on the road. We are undoubtedly a stronger side than the Stranraer's and Peterhead's of this world but away from home the gulf in quality is far less prevalent and we end up dropping stupid points. Our home form is not in question; if we can just turn a portion of those away defeats and draws into wins we'll be onto a winner.

Gullan finally looked like a Premier League player playing in League 1. Every time he had the ball he looked dangerous. Not sure if it was just his influence on the game but does he look bigger? I'm sure he has filled out a good bit from last season. Him and Baird looked dangerous and I'm keen to see more of them. Bowie was dangerous as well but drifted in and out of the game as you'd expect from a 17 year old. Baird looked like a different player after he scored and hopefully he can really kick on.

Everything crossed that Miller and MacDonald can recover for the next league game. Them both being fit plus the imminent return of Regan Hendry and Joao Victoria makes us a different, far stronger proposition.

I know it's early doors in the season and I've had a few pints, but I just can't shake the feeling that we're onto something with this squad.

So, about McKay...I’m gonna go ahead and ask the question of do we start McKay over Davo for Elgin and Peterhead? Davo is out again for Forfar, and McKay definitely earned another start, at least.

I didn’t actually notice Watson, so that’s a positive for him too.

Munro looked plenty sharp, good to see.

Davo should be benched for the foreseeable. Mckay needs a run of games and playing next to sando should help his development. He also played well yesterday so doesn't deserve to be dropped.

Firstly I thought Stranraer were very coarse, surprised they finished the 90 with 11 men. No real failures yesterday, Geordie was solid although I though he could have done more with Stewart's goal and Sando should have either dealt with the winger or told Watson to do so, no matter that's small potatoes at the end of the day. I don't think 5 or 6-1 wouldn't have flattered us.
Bene and McKay were solid and Watson got in a great challenge to block. But for Gullan's performance motm could have easily have been Matthews or Bene, both impressed. As I said no failures everyone turned up unlike at Peterhead, now if we can carry in like that and take that type of game on the road too.
Beggars belief that McGlynn didn't play that formation last week.

It was Martin Prest-like, but Baird seems quite unimpressed was does Sando!
