Not sure who put it there,but Danny Boyle played a large part in the goal. Sean McIllroy put Beith further in front when he spent more time in the air than Neil Armstrong to power a header high into the net, ending a fine Beith move on the left. Darvel’s no 2 made things interesting when he volleyed home a cracker from 20 yds. Alan McKenzie nearly took the game to penalties when he came close in the last minute. Very good game on a bitterly cold afternoon. MOM Beith’s no 2 one of the best players I’ve saw this season. P.S. Darvel won 2 1 I if you started the game in the 8th. minute.
