Celtic v the Rangers (League cup final)

Once again Morelos temperament letting him down - missed several chances and fluffed the pen - lucky if he finishes the 90

Absolutely f**k that. If it was a Rangers player down injured fair enough but it wasn’t.
You're wrong. Absolutely standing convention that you give the ball back if it's put out because someone is clearly injured, and it doesn't matter who put it out.

Don't sell out your principles because of tribalism.

Last season we were told that was clever play when Broonaldo did it last season.

Is that two seasons ago, then?

I wouldn't be against never giving the ball back.  Either the referee stops play or he doesn't.   Complete non-issue.

Morelos Is a scummy player. Good finisher but really showing his teams side here.

Except in this game. Couldnt finish a fish supper today

Morelos should have about 6 goals and as many yellows you have to respect the commitment to patter. Gerrard should have subbed him after the penalty his bottle’s went.

This is like an OF game from the 90s but with roles reversed, Forster playing the part of Andy Goram and the losing team doing all the attacking.

Rangers have missed rakes of chances, dominated the entire game, missed a penalty, played most of this half with an extra man, yet will still blame the refs if they lose rather than Gerrard or Morelos.

Exactly this. Unless it’s a serious injury which it clearly wasn’t.

Foster is the only Celtic player to have played well. A couple of fantastic saves plus some poor finifhing from Rangers(morelos) and it could have been a complete pumping.
Apart from one daft lunge Ajer has been very good too.

The Rangers have been completely brainless since having the man advantage, just launching aimless punts into the box.  A real lack of quality.

This really has been a smash and grab though.  Very amusing.
