No idea about Nordvpn with a router, but my contract is just running out and they tried to charge me something like £100 a year automatically from my debit card to renew it. Thankfully I have a new card so they couldn't, so I'm waiting for them to offer me a better deal more like the introductory offer which was about a quarter of that. Just a heads up. Find their service excellent otherwise though.

Came down to around £50 for 2 years after a couple of other offers that I ignored. If you're coming to the end of a 2 or 3 year introductory offer and the card you used is still valid, I'd cancel your subscription and wait for a better offer.

I need to change my country using a VPN.

I will need to use it for the whole year so don't mind paying instead of mucking around with free ones.

I see one called avira but I don't know if its the thing I need.

I took a screenshot of the payment screen but I don't think the first one will be what I want. It may be the middle option.

No idea about Avira but I use the cheapest version of NordVpn and it works reliably on my laptop and phone. If you prefer Avira I'd start with the cheapest option then upgrade if needed. @Granny Danger has been using Nord full time for a while and might have better advice.
