Johnson has said directly that he will never privatise the NHS; that he'll resolve Brexit quickly, fix health and social care, 20,000 extra police etc etc. I'm sure English voters will find a way of rewarding the Tories when none of these things happen but it will be interesting to see who gets the blame.They’ll start blaming Scotland and NI, mainly because we get free prescriptions and they don’t. The early results are low, bit are in line with previous elections, so turnout will be between the 2015 and 2017 figure which I would say is pretty good for a December election.
