You seem very defensive. I have said previously that the tories are pretty abhorrent and their policies divisive. I am playing devil’s advocate here. A lot of people want brexit out the way and dont want anymore uncertainty. Plus labours policies were extreme. So the only alternative was the tories for these people
In what possible way were Labour's policies "extreme"? They were similar in scope to many Scandinavian and West/Central European nations have already.

That’s genuinely sickening. If you combined the 18-50 vote, effectively the working demographic, you’re probably looking at 125-150 Tory seats. Instead we have 368.

f**k old people.

In a few years, they will all be dead and you will be left with a younger generation who are better informed and in touch with politics and the tories will struggle

Swinson suggesting that she was the victim of sexism!
No, you were the victim of being a useless, arrogant, unlikeable c**t.

Ah, of course...sexism defeated Swinson as she was beaten by a...erm *check notes* a woman.

Surprised at Ross, Skye and Lochaber being SNP through all age brackets. Thought the oldies would have been more inclined towards the Lib Dems up here.

The old school Lib Dem’s up in north are saddened by hijacking of party by younger career politicians who are thinly veiled tories. A lot of them probably chucked it after coalition. Those older, who were maybe not party alighted would’ve voted for person in Kennedy but again he’s gone. It’s also an area which receives a lot EU funding so SNP remain stance will be popular.

How does she even square this in her head? Amy Callaghan is a woman, Nicola Sturgeon is also a woman. Where's the sexist element? Dugface tried the same shit on election night when Swinson's unpopularity was brought up, sexist she said, the presenter then reels off her popularity rating is down there with the two male leaders, whereas Nicola Sturgeon has a positive popularity rating. They really need to wise the f**k up

There must be a hell of a larger turnout percentage for the over 50s that under 50s if those maps are right?

There are more of them. Especially in Tory areas with higher life expectancy.

How f**k are so many old c***s Tories? Don't they remember the utter shite they brought them?

My boss voted tory. I had a chat with him about his intentions and he doesnt even like boris. Said he felt he had no choice but to vote tories due to getting brexit sorted as the uncertainty is having major impact on the industry
