That's not what you quoted, the Survation poll was released this afternoon, and I've regularly said the polls are all over the place. Some of the extrapolations from national polls to individual constituencies are ridiculous in the current context, the Lib Dem's Putney one in particular. I’m a Liberal Democrat candidate – here’s why I’m stepping aside for LabourIn an ideal world, Labour would ask the Lib Dems to name 50 or 75 seats that they think they can beat the Tories in, based on hard data, and stand aside in those seats. In exchange the Lib Dems stand down in the remaining 600. Lib Dems end up with more seats, Remain vote isn’t split in Labour seats, and even the Tory marginals would come under serious pressure. A coalition government puts a second referendum on the table.
