It appears very faithful to the original game with the same level layouts etc. This was one of my favourite games as a child so I'm pleased that it's got the remake treatment. Proper old school platformer/adventure game with more than a bit of humour thrown in. There's no autosave so if you die when you've ran out of life bottles you need to start a level again, which is a bit of a ball ache atm as I've been killed in the ant queen boss fight a few times and had to do the whole level again. Medievil 2 was really good as well - possibly even better than the first. It was set in Victorian London.
