Absolutely not. That plane will hit the building and bounce off although I have to admit I might be wrong about this.

Now I am not saying this is a proven conspiracy theory, but 7 minutes of this raises very good questions about this very well known terrorist attack on one of the biggest military installations in history.

There a different modes of failure.

In this case you'd expect overturn at the location of steel buckling. Not the structure totally collapsing through its path of most resistance.
