Correct. It was a goalkeeping howler. Armstrong  jumped straight up, not into the keeper, The goalkeeper wasn't strong enough and  missed the ball.

Keeper should have done better but there was still contact when he was in the air …… in this day and age it’s a foul

Can bet your bottom dollar a foul would have been given at other end

Regarding sending off a bit harsh for Lanark man to get 2nd yellow don’t like to see anyone sent off far less than in a cup final a bit of common sense fro ref would have helped

Talbot man lifted his hands and going by letter of the law should have been sent off.

Keeper initiated the contact by coming out but as I say he didn't come out strong enough and missed the ball

Comfortable win in the end for Auchinleck. Gifted an early opener followed by a contentious second leaving Lanark up against it early doors. Goal of the game and wonder strike brought Lanark back into the game. Half whistle went with auchinleck knowing they were in a game with Lanark playing some nice football despite the difference in leagues. Penalty almost immediately from second half kick ended the tie with auchinleck going on to show their class scoring a few more. Lanark needed the breaks to go their way to stand a chance against a top side which they certainly didn’t.

Check the footage that is available. I suspect you were both at the other end of the ground. It was a foul.

Can't disagree.

I've watched the footage and there still not fouls. I was on the halfway line.
Poor goalkeeping.

The lad that was sent off got his first yellow for lifting his hands.

How can they be fouls on the keeper, he was hardly touched it's about time refs stopped wrapping them in cotton wool

Cause that’s how the game is played these days

As said above look at what a FIFA listed ref (a lot more experienced and better than the ref we had at Beachwood today) disallowed a goal for the challenge on the keeper in the Scotland game
