yorkshirepud
Just watched the highlights and quite comical that McLean doesn't think that an opposition player lying down in the six yard box isn't interfering with play, even looks as if the cross hits off White but camera angle is unclear, Doohan might have saved. Also our sitters looked even worse in the highlights than they did at the time.Ball is played in from close to goal-line so difficult to see how he could be in an offside position. I find it more worrying the DKB missed the blatant shove at the halfway line in the build up.
eez-eh
It still would have been ideal if our midfield had played to whistle instead of standing there flapping their arms about while Caley ran up the park into the box.

Aye it probably was a foul early on but sometimes they don't go for you. Forrest switched off and I don't think he was the only one.

McLean from the first whistle made it clear that he would allow assault to stand and that included off the ball. Our players were kicked, pushed, elbowed, dragged and even punched, however this was fine for McLean. Disgraceful. Ok, you could argue that Inverness did a number on us and you cant blame them for that and should probably in fact applaud them, however they should never have been allowed and that's where McLean failed us miserably. Not too disheartened though, we still tried to play our football and today it just didnt come off, again well done inverness for playing to your strengths so all in all this is being filed away as McLean a p***k and inverness doing their usual to us......... This is quality toys out of the pram stuff.

Don't see why joining a Partick Thistle thread makes any more sense than this one tbh. Away and see opposition players throwing imaginary punches.
