Falkirk v Methil

Recommended Posts

East Fife have some decent movement up top. Louis unlucky, good save from McMillan and stonewaller denied.

Very good long ranger from them and 1 v courtesy of Donkey Durnan both very well saved by Bell.

Last 15 to 20 mins bogged right down though. Ref is sucking the life out it.

Decent enough game so far both team having chances. East Fife started a lot brighter than us and Bell made a cracking save from a long range Agnew strike but after that felt we’ve had control for most of the game aside from when our defence went to sleep and Dowds got through but again a good save from Bell but he really should’ve buried it.

Gomis has absolutely strolled and controlled the game for us so far he’s so good at nicking in and getting the ball and that touch and turn wide on the left was fantastic. Longridge having a good game as well though his set pieces have been abysmal. Good link up play from McMillan but he’s missed a couple of half chances and McManus has been extremely frustrating again he spends so much of the game either wrestling with defenders or on his arse moaning at the ref. Really needs to cut that shit out. The penalty incident Id love to see again or from the East Fife fans that were closer a from the South Stand it’s quite unbelievable it wasn’t given. Looked clear as day that Telfer got a trip when he was trying to get on the end of the 1-2.

HT
Falkirk 0-0 East Fife
Pretty even so far, we probably should be ahead with the chances we’ve had, Aggy’s looked like it was going to sail in!!!
Falkirk definitely up for a fight here, quite impressed with their no-holds barred approach to midfield play and that is not a criticism, I like a bit of bite in a game, but have to watch it doesn’t drag it down!!!
The Methil Milan are doing fine, more of the same in the 2nd and it will come!!!

Pretty even game so far although we're looking nervous at the back.

All to play for 2nd half and hopefully Rovers get pumped.

Stevo’s always on about pumping Raith...is that why you had Frank tied in the shed?

Can we stop deluding ourselves that McKinnon is the man? No matter how many times he can paper over the cracks, we know he isn’t good enough.

Bring back big daft Yogi and let him go Mano a Mano with the Seaside League elite?
