Aye County look a bit fucked now, while St Mirren should be safe really.

Who are United/Motherwell game in hands against?

Next week could see some sides virtually go safe though. Hitting 30 points before 25 games would require a complete collapse to finish in the bottom 2 IMO.

Our game in hand is away to Livingston.

Let’s be honest, despite the fear when your own team is involved, a 9 way battle for the relegation/play-off spots is tremendous entertainment.

Two games ago, we were looking seriously fucked. Now we are looking slightly less seriously fucked, while several more teams are now shitting themselves.

We should be marketing the entire league on this - 10 points separating Europe and the Championship for next season

yet the entire promotional campaign for the league still revolves around the 9 points between 1st and 2nd

Had a look at the table for the first time in a good few weeks and a bit shocked to see Dundee United only on a -10 goal difference.

They’ve won 5 and lost 10.  They went a 3 game sequence of losses 0-9, 0-3, 1-4.

The money they’ve spent on some good quality players always meant they’d pull clear of relegation if they got a reasonably competent manager in.

Unless County have an incredible transfer window, I think the battle is for 2nd bottom, and is between killie, Motherwell and Saints if we don’t pick up a win soon.

We have two 4-0 wins and one 3-0 win, which has rather repaired the damage our goal difference took in August.
