Hearts succeed in their plan to spark the relegation battle into life, losing their second game in a row to a bottom two side. County losing too means...

They seem catchable again. Dundee win their games in hand and they're level, although they play Celtic in one of them tomorrow. Next week is a big week though...

Massive, massive, couple of games. Things could be decided, or blown wide open, after these.

This league is fucking brilliant

Not for those of us with weak Heartz.

Maybe I've got my Elvis head on but I still see 11th as a possibility especially now Handsome Jim has gone.

Hearts getting nil points from consecutive league games against the bottom two has certainly shaken things up.

Hibs are 100% safe after a comfortable home win. Livingston and Aberdeen not quite out of it yet after both threw away leads today, however it’s going to take something weird for them to get involved. Neither of those experienced managers is realistically going to oversee the long losing run that would be needed to draw them into the scrap.
It’s going to be a three way tussle for the sanctuary of tenth. The big winners today St Johnstone and the big losers are County. Staggies now just four points above the playoff spot, and Dundee are six behind them in bottom with two games in hand. Rusk surely won’t get anything at Parkhead tomorrow, will he? That really would take the biscuit.

It would be peak Dundee to win at Celtic Park and lose at home to St Mirren.

Tbh I’m still not 100% convinced we’re out of it.

We’re only 12 ahead of you, if that’s down under 9 at the split, I will be fully shiting myself

Yeah, with 2 games in hand (albeit one of them is against Celtic tomorrow), everything else looks pretty tight.

Just hoping for a new manager bounce.

Spoiler

Once I chin him and send him bouncing down the Derry steps.

Ross County have 3 huge fixtures ahead, St. Johnstone (H), Motherwell (A), St. Mirren (H),

Still confident we can beat the play offs, but St. Johnstone turned the corner, just hope Dundee don't get new manager bounce.

Fat chance of that with McGhee.

I don't know, Dundee will lose at Parkhead tomorrow, but wouldn't be suprised if he kept them up in the end. McGhee was a good manager before. My hope is for County to drag other teams down into this relegation dogfight. 3 horse race is too narrow.

Cracking result for the farmers today, especially as those around them either drew or lost.

I mean it doesn't change anything, they're still getting relegated, but it must be nice for their fans to have something to celebrate this season...

f**k sake Dundee, I'm fearing the worst now.

I'm sure you know this, but their game in hand is with us in midweek (Tue?).

2 wins in a week for St Mirren.  Nap.

I wouldn’t rule my team out of this due to a very inexperienced manager.

Let's hope you are correct.  Fucking hate Dundee utd.   Nothing personal mind.

I  certainly don’t take it personally.  It’s quite common for supporters of wee diddy clubs not to like us.
