I've found the opposite, I can't get any consistency from wingers and have been relying on my AMC to pull me through games. Anyone find that there's a real lack of variety in the number of people available for each role? Depends on if you're expecting players to be solid green at those roles? Anything about half the wee circle means they're comfortable playing it, and obviously attributes can tell a different story. I've used an edited file for England to add the pyramid to level 10 and have taken Cheddar AFC to League 2. The age old classic of paying for friendly cups against the big boys seemed to work when I was in the Vanarama leagues but now I'm in League 2 all of a sudden there's "no point in playing a team of my stature". Unless you get a sugar daddy, there's not a huge amount of cash floating around. Sponsorship is pretty poor. A decent cup run helps. Are you a feeder club to a bigger team? Had a Dumbarton save where it was almost impossible to make money, until I fluked upon away ties at Celtic, then Rangers, in the two cups in the same season.
