Not just my forwards, but every single match I'll play will have one chance where a striker is clean through on goal and he'll always miss. djchapsticks Posted November 16, 2019 Share Posted November 16, 2019 Yeah. Strikers are very poor one on one. Other things I've noticed. Motherwell are absolutely brilliant. They are currently sitting in 2nd in the league in season two and I'm tucked behind them with Rangers. Celtic spent about 100m in pre season and have absolutely mauled everyone so far. Enner Valencia and Nathaniel Clyne are their big signings. Stevie Mallan is also an absolute Machine. Finished 6th there. 1 point behind 5th and 4 points behind 4th. Sacked in the summer, fair enough. Then got my next break, also in the Premier League at recently promoted Nottingham Forest. Team was utter shite and they didn't put me in charge until after the summer transfer window closed so it was always going to be an impossible task. Sacked in about March after being bottom for most of the season. Sat out until the summer to see what would come up. I've now taken on the task of trying to get Ipswich Town out of League One. Only kidding, but I can't imagine getting back into this and doing careers and stories that last for year after year.
