I think it’s meant to be 4-5-1 but McManus is playing so narrow and staying high up the park it’s effectively 2 up front and with Connolly staying wide on the left it’s leaving it’s completely unbalanced. To compensate for the big gap on the right Gomis keeps getting dragged over to fill it but with his complete lack of right foot and him being our central midfielder that can actually move it’s no working at all.Aye we’ve had a few half chances and Connolly should’ve buried when through on goal but it’s still not good enough. Airdrie have had a couple of half chances and really look dangerous with their long throws.Same as last week I’d say Gomis is playing well and that’s about it. McShane and Tidser together with this formation is completely pointless both are slow as f**k and doing nothing to influence the play at all.
