Is this correct. Hurlford have tweeted 1-1

Buffs DID score a second goal, then the Ref decided he saw someone foul something .... the only man in the park to see it.   He obviously doesn't like being questioned or shouted at from the touchlines and he decided Syme had fouled a Hurlford diver with a shoulder charge and they scored from the penalty.  An otherwise excellent even match between two exciting attacking teams.

It was 2 Buffs player who collided and he gave the free kick 2 Hurlford, resulting Penalty looked very soft as well.Hard on Davie Syme who was outstanding, with the Buffs playing n hour without a keeper.

Beechwood Park looked splendid in the sun, Talbot scored 6, Whitletts Victoria got none.
Three 1st half efforts from McKinley, Young, & Shankland, all from inside the 6 yd box virtually put Talbot out of sight.
Another 3 in the 2nd half, courtesy of a Graham Wilson free kick from 20yds.
Gordon Pope was next with a glancing header from 6yds similar to Geoff Hurst’s header in the 1966 World Cup quarter Final against Argentina.
Kier Sampson finished off the scoring when he got it over the line from close range.
Whitletts gave Talbot several problems after the interval & went close on several occasions. Andrew Leishman had 3 very good saves.
No 6 Cunningham had a good chance to put his side in front early on, but couldn’t get his header on target.
No 10 Donovan showed up well & went close on a couple of occasions.
Talbot no 7 Healy looked the classiest player on the pitch.

Thought the buffs were u lucky today not to take 3 points 2 dubious decisions from the ref was the talking points I couldn't see any obvious free kick when we hit the net for the second but it wasn't to be then ford take a quick free kick to knock it over the buffs defence two player shoulder to shoulder but the ref who by the way was not up with play makes a decision from the half way line that's a penalty? Hopefully someone has filmed it and we might get a clearer view of both incidents. Ps well done to Gary Fleming for going in goals for over an hour and played a blinder.

Thought both decisions were soft from where I was standing, although some neutrals nearer the penalty incident than I was said to me later that it was an obvious, but unnecessary, push.

The match as a whole was decent IMO, and a draw was probably a fair result. We finished the game much better than Buffs so we're possibly nearer winning it, but over the piece there wasn't much in it. Thought Ryan Wilson was excellent for the Buffs, although MOTM was without a shadow of a doubt Gary Fleming, who had at least one save that a fulltime goalie would have been proud of, and he nearly saved our penalty.

Finally, a wee comment on the refereeing team - they were a bit too picky on some of the challenges for me, but they were totally consistent, and IMHO that's all we can ask at this level.
