The Dundee Derby - 30/8/19

Recommended Posts

Loving thon United fans making out its meant to be close. Claiming they're "slight favourites" as if they aren't completely outstripping everycunt bar their new firm and old firm rivals in Scotland this year.

Said it months ago, will say it again. If United fail to romp this league, that probably the biggest minter since the fans racially abused their own player.

As an aside, there were 2,550 Arabs at East End Park today.  The Dundee attendance was 5,016.

Thank you for noticing we had more fans than you did yesterday - significantly more.

Ooft. Giving up after three league games, pathetic. I hope your players are made of sterner stuff.

It's worth mentioning you paid a fee, and doubled the salary, of a top flight player this Summer.

Let's not pretend you're not also spending more than a fair whack of Scottish sides this season.

It's really not, you should probably stop starting every post like that.

As for us spending more than a fair whack of Scotland, of course we are. That's what big boys do. Wee boys sit and cry over Stevie May whilst their own manager sits and trolls them on official club interviews.

The whole "I said it months ago, I'll say it again" totally pass you by?

All that drivel/diversion is beyond the point.

You were claiming United should cruise this game, and promotion, because of how much they're spending. While Dundee apparently get a free ride despite also spunking a relative fortune this Summer.

If either Dundee side loses heavily to the other, and/or fails to get promotion, it'll be a huge embarrassment.

Out of interest, how much is a "relative fortune"?

You paid a fee and doubled what Livingston offered Byrne extend his contract.

You also beat off Premiership interest in McDaid, Ness and Hemmings. Jordan McGhee was Falkirks top earner last season. Cammy Kerr rejected Premiership interest to extend.

United will be paying out more, but trying to paint yourselves as anything other than also spending way beyond this division is just a bit weird.

You seem to know a lot about footballers wages. Tell me more.

The difference will be the size of United’s squad compared to ours.
