You're welcome.I don’t know what the life expectancy is in Inverness but people in this area of the country tend to live longer than 45 years therefore many Dundee fans will remember our last cup win. The definition of living memory means a particular event that can be remembered by some people who are still alive. It does NOT mean it is something that has happened during the lifetime of the persons discussing it. I know people who weren't alive when ICT won the cup and I know people who were alive and indeed attended our league winning game.
