If the club was genuine about tackling this they wouldn’t feed their fans the opportunity with this choice of kit, and let’s not be silly, it clearly has connotations. To suggest otherwise considering Rangers long history with sectarian rhetoric, from signing policies to bigotry in the stands is a nonsense. Dodds and Ferguson are part of the problem. They are feeding the culture by spouting that ridiculous attempt to legitimise clear profiteering from bigotry. The Scottish media have been as much to blame for turning a blind eye to it.
