Correct. The people who hang on the words of the VB are at best the thickest dregs of humanity and at worst absolutely unhinged sinister weirdos.

Defcon 5 would be the least severe level of danger, so that's good I suppose.

Every reaction to this onlineย or through TRFC's statementย is that fans should stop singing these songs because it "hurts the club", not because "sectarianism is repulsive". Very telling the way things are being worded.

I've often thought that over these last few days.ย  Even the relatively enlightened sounding responses highlight the harm these people are doing to Rangers, as the sole motivation to stop.ย ย

I suppose what it shows is that the kind of sanctions our game runs in fear from, are actually effective.ย  If that's encouraging though, it's at least equally dispiriting that there's still no real recognition that sectarianism is of itself, not very nice.

UEFA have certainly stepped up their intolerance of intolerance since 2006. Perhaps the SFA will get there in due course. No sniggering.

Just imagine a last minute winner for legia....resulting in a massive uproar of anger and bitter orange seeth from the unhinged morons that are the Rangers support,ย followed by a massive rendition of billy boys ending up in serious penalties to the rangers.

Red flares ?

Are they wannabe Dons ?

Another week, another โ€˜OFโ€™ game, another act of scumfuckery. How many times do these cnuts need to be told that pyrotechnics in an enclosed area of a football stadium are dangerous /ย banned items / illegal /ย will get your club fined?

Every year, season after season. ย They just keep doing it.ย They are a law unto themselves, and, one must assume, thick fcukwits who simply cannot, and will not,ย take a telling. Hope UEFA hammer these cnuts too.

Greatest fans in the world. Away and fcuk yersels. Letโ€™s play tomorrowโ€™s โ€˜Celtic / Scottish Media Bingoโ€™... chalk them off...

It was a minority.

Spoiling it for decent fans.

We have tried everything.

The Swedish police over-reacted.

The Swedish police were heavy handed.

The safety standards of the stadium were....

"Should we make sure we behave ourselves at this game so we can take the moral high ground over Rangers?"

"Naw, let's just outcunt them."

I made this post in the Celtic European thread as a bit of a joke, but at times it genuinely does seem that they try to outdo each other in the stupidity stakes.

John McBeth was also the man who called out the corruption in FIFA years before anything was done about it, but got hung out to dry by journalists and "football men" here. When you look back at his comments in that article, is it that much of a surprise that he got no backing from the SFA?

They're blaming Hammarby fans.

Celtic say fans infiltrated by Hammarby troublemakers who sparked ugly clashes with Swedish police during AIK match

Scrolling down, Neil Lennon says he couldnโ€™t see anything, he was on the touchline, and Celtic fans are impeccable. Now, simply scroll to the flares photo. Maybe Neil has a point. How anyone could spot that from the dugout areas is a very good question, itโ€™s so hard to make out. Fair enough Neil.... you fcuking walloper.

Well,ย  Sweden is well known for its volatile, reactionary state apparatus, so it was definitely all for no reason at all.ย  Errrr......

The chap in the army jacket and balaclava was definitely only there to watch his team. Maybe he had heard Sweden is really cold?ย  Best fans in the world, got a UEFA award for being pure brillyint, small minority of troublemakers, the other side are worse than us, etc etc...

Can't believe we had so many Hammarby fans at RP last season and didn't hear anything about it, we could have put on some meatballs for themย at the canteens.

Honestly, this is the kind of shite they used to laugh at Rangers for.ย  What a fucking embarrassment.
