19QOS19
Didn't the game last year get played in a monsoon 0-0 if I remember with no incidents of any noteWorst game ever accompanied by a bout of hypothermia. Great day.
palmy_cammy
From memory that was the first home game I’ve missed as an adult that I could have made it to.I suppose there is always a chance of a Morton style 6-5, but more often than not if the weather is a farce so is the football on show.
mikedafc
Apparently QOTS have warned fans they will be chucked out if they feed the seagulls

Hard, mad bassas those Dumfries gulls. In other news, the rain has finally stopped, sky has brightened and it's a lovely day for football here in (NOT) the Borders.

HoBNob
Turner on the left? Pleased to see Nisbet and Ryan together.

Maybe more likely to play through the middle a bit more with Turner being back then chuck Coley on fresh if we do our usual tiring/sitting back in the second half.
Fae_the_'briggs
Hopefully Nisbet's form against QoS continues today.

Hopeful those two can strike up a bit of a partnership. Nisbet looks like a really intelligent player. Could he be the Brewster to Ryan's Crawford (but with more pace and more goals of his own)?
19QOS19
No Kidd, yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas!!!I hope it's a back 3 with Mercer and Holt wingbacks rather than a flat back 5.

My guess would be 3-4-3 with Paton and Pybus as the CMs, or 4-4-2 with one of the CBs stepping up in to midfield alongside Pybus.

Given Dunfermline ran Dundee ragged when they started with a back 3 last week I have to say I`m a little surprised to see our 3 centre halfs all play. Edit to add maybe one of the 3 playing as a defensive mid ?? Edited August 10, 2019 by Distant Doonhamer

smpar
I'm not even kidding when I say Kyle Turner will be playing Champions League football within the next 3 years.
