Apparently QOTS have warned fans they will be chucked out if they feed the seagulls

The gulls don't wait to be fed they just swoop in and take it off you.  Hard,  mad bassas those Dumfries gulls.

In other news,  the rain has finally stopped,  sky has brightened and it's a lovely day for football here in (NOT)  the Borders.

Bit surprised to see Coley on the bench.

Maybe more likely to play through the middle a bit more with Turner being back then chuck Coley on fresh if we do our usual tiring/sitting back in the second half.

Turner on the left?

Pleased to see Nisbet and Ryan together.

Yup.

Hopeful those two can strike up a bit of a partnership.  Nisbet looks like a really intelligent player.  Could he be the Brewster to Ryan's Crawford (but with more pace and more goals of his own)?

No Kidd, yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas!!!

I hope it's a back 3 with Mercer and Holt wingbacks rather than a flat back 5.

My guess would be 3-4-3 with Paton and Pybus as the CMs, or 4-4-2 with one of the CBs stepping up in to midfield alongside Pybus.

Given Dunfermline ran Dundee ragged when they started with a back 3 last week I have to say I`m a little surprised to see our 3 centre halfs all play.

Edit to add maybe one of the 3 playing as a defensive mid ??
