Last night at Lugar he over ruled his linesman for a Cumnock goal , The Cumnock player was clearly offside yet he decided otherwise.. Cumnock were the better team and deserved to win, Scott left a lot to be desired In the 90th minute he awarded Cumnock a penallty for what ? Only he seems to know . This Man seems to be a law into himself and his controversy will ensue into his senior career . Appraisal Posted August 1, 2019 Share Posted August 1, 2019 Every decision he made last night went the way of Cumnock last night, outwith the goal & penalty the most outrageous decision he made was to award a corner to Cumnock when the Cumnock striker fired wide from 5 yards, he was the only person in the shire that thought is was a corner, don’t get me wrong Cumnock won fair & square but some of they decisions def did not. You did this when we played you and posted about how the ref was biased because he lived closer to Clydebank than Lugar.
