ka202
Neat and tidy but no penetration or width. Wee Tommy Robson would have been a real asset in this team.Definitely would have been, Dixon rarely gets to the byline, it’s all floaty crosses from about 30 yards out.

dumfriesbairn
Long, long season ahead. Clueless. To make matters worse, actually regressed in the second half. Two full backs who couldn't find a cross in the Vatican.
Reggie Perrin
That was guff, watching Dixon trying to put in a cross was painful.

southstand_bairn
What about that queue for the food!!?!?!?!
BottiBiabi
Our strikers could of played for about a fortnight and not scored. No penetrating runs or passes from our three holding midfielders(?), only sideways passes amongst themselves and to the full backs who can’t cross. This is gonna be a long season.
peternapper
The game went much as could have been expected with Falkirk having loads of possession but in the main they did not threaten our goal much. We did get more involved in the 2nd half & think most of our support would have been happy with a point. The Falkirk defence did not look so happy when pressed & considering we were missing Rory our attackers had them going at times. A good turnout from the travelling support who I would expect if games go that way for a while you would expect frustration begin to appear.

Heard from 3 different people that they queued for an hour. The guy beside me went not long after kick off and came back with some undercooked crinkle cut frozen chips covered with a greenish curry sauce for his partner 5 minutes into the second half.
Gaz
Why the f**k would folk queue for an hour for food at a game of football that lasts less than two hours? Don't give them your money, they'll soon learn.
Senor Bairn
Took one look at the pie queue and realised it wasn’t worth the effort [emoji23]There was no chance of us losing that game today, however there was no chance of us winning either, we won’t get anywhere playing Sammon and McManus up front together they are far too similar and that formation gives us no width whatsoever. Good day out though I guess, going to be saying that a lot this year probably.
