Black Pennel Posted July 27, 2019 Share Posted July 27, 2019 (edited) The difference is that the ball can cross the line and hit the crosspiece brace where the wheel is attached and return back into play. Goal not awarded as referee and assistant both fail to realise what has happened. ETA. posted at exactly the same time as the chap above.
