Jason King
Considering the state that @superbigal own team, Tayport, are in and their refusal to join the pyramid, the bile he continually aimed at a club that left behind the dying East Junior structure and of course said club which he never apologised for when it was shown he was continually spreading complete horse shit on here about them its odd to see him now wanting more promotion and relegation places in a league he refuses to engage with. An odd chap. Edited July 28, 2019 by Jason King
Gordon EF
It's clearly going to take a bit of time for the Lowland pyramid to 'settle' into more of an equilibrium. It's pretty clear that there are a good few sides in the EoS Premier who're better equipped to compete in the Lowland League than some of the current bunch.

And the fact that Caledonian Braves were promoted two seasons ago and beat an Edinburgh Uni team doesn't really add anything to your point either, good chance they've went through 40-50 different players since their SOS days. Edinburgh Uni might be players short since term hasn't started as well? The game between Caledonian Braves and Edinburgh University was rather open and entertaining for the first half; it could easily have been 3-3 at half-time and there was little between them. The second goal, after the interval, which looked glaringly offside and was poorly adjudged onside, knocked the stuffing out of the University. Thereafter, heads went down and individual errors led to the eventual score line, with the Braves pressing their advantage to the end. The Braves looked physically bigger and stronger while the University side was both makeshift and inexperienced.

WDLDLD ... 6pts from 18 True, but the League is arguably even stronger now, and this year they appear to have fewer experienced players on whom to call. Early days, of course, but the Vale of Leithen and Dalbeattie Star fixtures in August should be good indicators. They actually created numerous chances yesterday, but alas they lacked a little composure in front of goal.
