Outstanding performance from Tranent today. Great first half, not many teams in the league couldn’t  cope with us when we are playing like that. Even better when you consider we were down to our barebones.

Tough run of games coming up with 5 away games in a row I think. Good start there and I’m sure the boys will be up for it against Dunbar. Heard today Linlithgow didn’t believe us the park was off last week and drive through to check it. Laughable like cause they are there for the taking.

Have to agree. When I went to work at 430am this morning and saw the frost I thought today be off and good opportunity for beating them

Just watched the highlights and as suspected at the time, the 'good' goal that was disallowed due to the linesman flagging for offside was clearly onside, if you freeze the frame when McDonald lobs the keeper, Scott Moffat is clearly behind him, and at least one Broxburn defender, its not even close!!

**Floodlight update**

The Club would like to pass on their sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to our floodlight appeal.

Over 6k was raised which is fantastic. A special thanks goes to our fundraising committee who all done an amazing job back in September with the wonderful afternoon in the Store Club.

The Fa’side area partnership for a further donation to the club to help with this community project.

The Club has decided to push the boat out and pay the extra monies to install LED floodlights as we feel this is the best option. It’s an option that future proofs the Club for years to come and is in line with our master plan for the Club.

We have now engaged with a lighting specialist who will supply the LED lights and we are hopeful they will arrive in time for the SFA cut-off to meet the 2020 licensing criteria.

The civils contractor starts work this coming Monday to continue with the install of the lighting columns which illustrates the further progression of the Club.

Again, we couldn’t have achieved this without our amazing community & fans and we thank you once more for the wonderful support you give us, we have provisionally booked the store club for a race night at the end of January and we will also be announcing plans for our annual speakers event soon. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Only just seen this post but laughable indeed because they don’t half have a cheek questioning whether anyone’s park is playable.

Disappointing not to have got 3 points especially with the big guns all dropping points apart from HOB. However after going down to 10 men early in the second half a draw is probably a fair result. Donaldson booked then another silly tackle puts us in a poor situation when we are starting to dominate the game. Both teams had chances to claim the victory, must say under the conditions it was a great second half, both teams really going for it. Ally had his best game for the club, 2 outstanding stops and his handling was top notch but the 2 in the middle skip and miller are on a different level. Both could play FL imo the committee and manager will do well to get them tied down on long term deals, I really hope they do.

Skip has to be your best signing yet. A great player at Musselburgh with skills most other players can just dream of!

Agree with everything you have said but also good on big Stevie for not taking any of the shite that the big No 5 was trying to hand out 🤔

Ally had a great game yesterday. There was a few that I thought he could have spilled or made a mistake with the conditions being so difficult but he was top drawer. Skip has been different class. Big Steve aswell. Took his goal well and centre half’s never get an easy game against him.
