Burnie_man
Blackburn United 2 Linlithgow Rose 4 First half goals from Danny Campbell and Andy Mcquillan had United 2-1 ahead at the break but an unfortunate Michael Browne OG two minutes into the second half got the visitors back into it and they squeezed ahead a few minutes later. However, with Blackburn moving to three at the back and pushing John Drummond forward in search of the equaliser the centre half come striker had an excellent effort well saved after good work from Calum McDowall only to be hauled to the ground going for the follow-up. The referee, though, wasn’t for giving a penalty and with United throwing everything at it a fourth Linlithgow goal in added time was an unfair reflection of the game.
Burnie_man
Super result tonight and another good performance, took the game to Camelon when we had the opportunity and dug in when we had to, particularly with 10 men and grabbed the winner in the end. A bit of revenge from last season

Burnie_man
Bit frustrating today. Would have taken a draw given absences, but in the end it was an opportunity lost. Conceding an equaliser with 10 to go against 10 men, to only their second effort on target was frustrating but it shows how far we've come. Another point on the board at the end of the day.Biggie next week away to Crossgates.
Burnieclub78
What a belter of a first home game of 2020. Could we pull of a miracle and do the double over the league leaders?

Burnie_man
Well yesterday's result was rather good. First ever away won at Nitten, and only our second ever win over them, the previous being a shock Junior Cup win in 1998-99 season which cost Willie Garner his job. That cup run we beat Dundonald Bluebell 5-0, Crossgates after a replay, then Nitten, before losing 1-0 at Forfar West End.
