far too early for making predictions but I have no issue with making myself look foolish 👨‍🎓 - after all I've been doing it for what will be 6 decades next year.

why do you think they'll do better than that?

They weren't even the best team in the weakest of the 3 leagues last season and their summer activity so far doesn't fill me with confidence that they'll be any better this season. There were better teams in better leagues last season who have strengthened and who will pull further and further away from Linlithgow this season

Well called that one right! :)

i Think your a bit early to be smug about it. They are still two places above it. You got sauchie right. I'm surprised by how much they have struggled

I don't see Sauchie as much of a surprise. They struggled last year and had to be considered on of the favourites for relegation based on that kind of form. Got a chance to dig themselves out of the hole with the back to back games against WW.

I always said you had to embrace the change from the move to the EOS and the teams that have done that have seen good rises. Blackburn, Tranent, Camelon, Crossgates. Sauchie and Linlithgow could have and should have done so much better.

Last season Whitehill bombed out of LL... 5th-place finishers in conferences were Dunbar, Crossgates and Blackburn... Sauchie qualified as best-6th-place... so not a surprise to find them occupying bottom 5 at this early stage. (Indeed you can take it a step further as Newtongrange who were worst 4th-place finisher are 6th-bottom).
