He is signed but as an amateur again, I’m sure your members of the talbot committee will confirm this

If he goes he goes, but it's a pleasure to have him whatever he decides. Brilliant work by Talbot to pluck him from obscurity and put him in the shop window. God knows where he would have ended up if he stayed with the trampolines.

It's a credit to Talbot to sign him when he was unfit and see him through physio and getting fit and banging in the goals every week he has worked hard as well. Hope he stays

But yet if yous think so highly of him why sign him on an amateur form and don’t give him a wage?

Anyway new players doing well the boy hamish could be a good player for us, a goal and a few assists already.

Hamish looks a talent hopefully sign him . If he goes it will be with best wishes from all talbot fans. Still got Wilson , shankland, Boylan , Glasgow who all chip in with their fair amount of goals . Big hyslop to come back from injury too

Took in the game tonight, Talbot just looked hungrier and fitter. Looks like another season of Talbot dominance

Don't think Talbot were hungrier or fitter thought it was a very even contest. Game decided on a disputed goal and a bad error for the second. For me Hurlford had the better chances  overall. Highly entertaining game contested by two committed teams

No doubt Talbot again the team to beat this season

It was a pretty even game. Talbot took their chances. First one could’ve been hand ball in the build up. The keeper made a mess of the second. Hurlford had a few decent chances the never took. The Hurlford left midfielder was good as was the older looking centre mid for Talbot.

Any chances Hurlford did get big Andy Leishman seemed to cope quite easily with them

He made a good save from the header in the first half. He was beaten by the one cleared off the line in the second half though. Good keeper who probably will win Talbot a few games over a season.
